I don't use this very often and it is hard to find locally but Supply house had it in stock

Works as designed

How often do you need something like this? In my case, I worked with only the steel pipe that I had on hand, and to connect an over-large 1-1/2" run that at the end stepped down to 1" and 1/2", I needed this weirdly sized piece. I spec'd it out, found it here, ordered it, and its arrival a couple of days later solved my connection problem. The reducing T was of good quality, my system went together without difficulty, and in the end it leak-tested as gas tight. Life is good!

I could not find this tee at any of my local big box stores. Not only did Supply house have it, they got it to me one day earlier then promised which was great. Everything went perfect with this order and the price was right for what I needed.
