Replacement filter kit features 2 washable aluminum mesh filters with MERV3 rating. The filters will collect insects, debris, lint, carpet fibers.
With normal usage, it is recommended that you vacuum clean the filter every 3 months and replace as needed. This filter was originally included with your product. To give some boost to your home’s air quality, consider a MERV8 filter.
The kit includes 2 filters. Suitable for VHR1404, VHR1405R, VHR150, VHR150R, VER150, SHR150, SHR150R and SER1504N.

Decent price for USA
My two ERVs get lots of small insects caught in the screens. It'd be nice to change the screens monthly in the insect flying months, bc it's nearly impossible to get the insects out. Supply House has a decent price. However, it'd be great to be able to buy a case of 10 at an better price.

Good source for this product
Small insects tend to clog the intake screen of our FanTech ERV. It is practically impossible to unclog the screen. Replacing the intake screens yearly is the best remedy.

FANTECH HVAC Filter
the filter is very good at catching bug parts but the tiny pieces are able to get through the first layer and get stuck inside the filter. Maybe fantech can make a fliter that you can open up so you can reuse the filters. As far as supplyhouse goes, customer service was very good. I had to ship this here to Alaska and the S+H was more than the actual filter. Supplyhouse offered a coupon code if I bought more than 1 set. It helped a lot.
BE ADVISED.....each order has 2 filters in them already!!! I ended up with 8 separate filters.
