Great product! Great Seller!
After a long dance with Supplyhouse support staff, I was able to convince that the previously purchased HRV SHR 150R had a defective outgoing air blower motor bearing as the unit was extremely noisy and as such, not livable with. Shortly after receiving the new blower, I corrected another blower mount stripped screw and discovered all four ( bracket to motor) screws all loose as well as a bent mounting bracket that I had to straighten. Finally, the new blower was installed. Once the unit was electrified-running at "normal" speed, I was amazed at how quiet it was. Now very happy with the unit.Thank you Supplyhouse staff for listening.
