Motor requires the holes to be drilled out to mount the motor. Replacement motor has a slightly larger shaft so you will also need to drill out the cage to get it to slide onto the motor shaft. To top it off the new motor does not come with nuts to mount the motor. The old ones won't fit. You will need to source 10-32 lock nuts to mount it. They are not found very easy in hardware stores.
