I would, and probably will, buy this product again
This attic vent motor works well. However the most recent one I replaced lasted less than a year, despite my having turned the fan thermostat above 100 degrees, and despite a summer that was not abnormally hot (over 100 degrees for only 4 days). It's still better than trying to replace the entire attic vent, since it is in the roof.
Supplyhouse.com is a good company. The warranty replacement went smoothly, although it took some time.
