Goodman 3 Ton , Multi Position- 3 Speed Air Handler

The Goodman 2006 ARUF Multi-Position Air Handler is suitable for use with refrigerants R410A and R22. This unit features a check flowrater expansion device and may be installed in a variety of locations.
This air handler operates with an air conditioner or heat pump of two different tonnages, The air handler comes factory equipped with an orifice (Flowrater) for the small listed tonnage. If you are matching the air handler with an air conditioner or heat pump of the higher tonnage, the Flowrater of that tonnage will need to be used.If you are just purchasing this air handler and are going to match it with a unit of the higher tonnage listed on the description, you will need to purchase the larger Flowrater and install it in the air handler before start up.Instead of Flowrater a Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) may be used or required for some equipment. ( For details click on product resources tab for Manufactures spec sheets). A heater coil can be added to this Air Handler to provide winter-time heating capabilities. This accessory is not required for standard operation it provides additional convenience if desired.
