Product was easy to order, shipping was quick, product was carefully packaged for shipping. However, my HVAC tech did not use the drain pan as another fix was effective and I needed to return the item to SupplyHouse. No restock fee (good news) but the process cost me $30 to ship it back (bad news). Mind you, this pan was unused and unwrapped. It was still in the bubble wrap used during initial shipment to me. Consider this when customers need to return items that are unused and unwrapped. I would hesitate to recommend them based on this and this alone. Otherwise, a good experience. Make sure you know your tech or you will use the ordered item.
