14" x 8" (Wall Opening Size) White Two-Way Steel Sidewall/Ceiling Register (682 Series)

I was impressed because I was able to select this register having a choice of multiple brands along with the specifications and design drawings for the styles and sizes. I was able to select this one and have it over lap / cover the slight damage on the wall thanks to the drawings. Sometimes you can find whet you are looking for at the warehouse stores but as soon as you can't and have to order one of them you may as well order them all. The prices are good and the quality of this one is as good as what I was replacing. Service was very fast. Because I had the specs and got exactly what i ordered it took longer to get the ladder from the garage than it took to install them. Impressive company.

The wall register in our powder room was showing signs of rust. I removed it to measure the duct opening and noticed the Hart & Cooley name stamped inside. I ordered it, along with several other Hart & Cooley wall registers and air returns. The plastic slider, which opens the louvers, was bent on this particular register and did not function properly. Customer service kindly replaced it but the second one was bent even worse than the original and was returned. I noticed that the slider on the other registers seemed a bit flimsy too. The register is very solid but the sliding mechanism is not nearly as strong as on the original one we intended to replace. Unfortunately, I think these fall in the category of "things are made like they used to be".
