Q: I'm looking to replace the grille (only) within the wall mounted frame. I need a grille with less restricted air flow. Does this grille include the frame or it it grille only, with hinges at the bottom ?

Q: What is L x W? For instance if I'm facing the opening and it's 30" wide and height from bottom to top of opening is 20" do I need a 30x20 or a 20x30?
