Thawzone Pro-Tech Service Kit, 17002

Thawzone Pro Tech Service Kit rapidly unfreezes refrigeration systems, averting acid formation and maintaining moisture absence. Its biodegradable dehydrant properties offer flexibility, working effectively with or without solid dryers. Compatible with various equipment sizes, it functions seamlessly across all refrigerants and refrigeration lubricants, ensuring superior moisture control, even in advanced systems.

Kit Contains

• (1) 2 oz. Plastic Injector pre-filled with Thawzone
• (1) Set of Instructions for application
• (1) 12-inch Quick Service Charging Hose with Control Valve
• (2) 1/4 inch SAE Service Valve Caps

How to Use

• Prep: Remove cap from top of injector and tighten cap on opposite end to provide a leak-proof seal.
• Connect: Using a charging hose, connect the top of the injector to a source of refrigerant. Tighten hose fittings to make a seal.
• Rotate: Turn the injector upside down and connect the bottom end to the access valve on the low pressure side of the compressor.
• Purge: Purge lines and tighten fitting to make seal at access valve.
• Charge: With system running, very slowly crack the Pro Tech Charging Hose Valve and charge liquid into system. Charge slowly to avoid slugging the compressor.
• Finish: When liquid is all charged, close valves and disassemble hoses.
