HVAC SuperPro is a solderless bonding solution for all HVAC new installations and repairs, compatible with all refrigerants and oils. It bonds copper, aluminum, and brass in any combination and requires no mixing. It is designed to work with standard ASE fittings. After curing, it can withstand temperatures from -65F to 350F (-54C to 176C). With a shelf life of at least 12 months after opening, one 50g bottle can make 200 or more bonds on ½ inch tubing at approximately 25% of the cost of 15% silver braze. Copper and brass bonding starts within 20 seconds and forms a solid bond in 3 minutes. In 12 minutes, the bond will withstand 850 psi. For aluminum, a bond is set in 4 minutes and a fully cured bond is formed in about 2 hours that can withstand 1200 psi.
