TXV & Reversing Valve Bonding Compound is a single-part, solderless bonding solution for HVAC new installations and repairs, compatible with all refrigerants and oils. It bonds copper, aluminum, and brass in any combination and requires no mixing, designed to work with standard ASE fittings. After curing, it can withstand temperatures from -65F to 350F (-54C to 176C). One bottle can make approximately 25 bonds on ½ inch tubing. Copper and brass bonding starts within 20 seconds; aluminum bonding forms a fully cured bond in about 2 hours that can withstand 1200 psi.
Applications- Formulated for copper, brass, and aluminum fittings used in HVAC systems, particularly TXV and reversing valve installations.
