GREAT JOB
The Ionizer wire I requested worked as I expected and has done a good job. I ordered two wires so I would have a spare if I ever needed another. The first wire I put on came apart at the clip that holds it on, but Supply House was EXCELLENT in their response and sent another immediately. Supply House is a great vendor for products because they are customer centered.

Be very Carefull when installing
Ends of wires (loops) pulled off several times. When that happens they become unusable. Have to order more now to finish the job. I had help installing them. Wondering how old they were?? You have to use these only to solve the problem. Recommended only as they are the only solution.

Missing ionizer successfully replaced
Received replacement ionizer wire to fill space in Honeywell filter where one wire was missing for who knows how long. Installed wire to cell with help of a You Tube video. Placed cell in cabinet and hope it works as it should because there are no moving parts and operation is essentially invisible. Ordered and received very efficiently and am very happy with SupplyHouse service in this and past orders.
