Price and Customer Service
Moved into a new house. The prior owner took out the humidifier from the hot air system and never replaced the unit. I called SupplyHouse Customer Service and they immediately helped me understand the parts needed to assemble the unit. They also had the best prices for the parts needed. They helped me repair the humidifier on both furnaces.

We neglected to get the top drain tray after realizing it didn't come with the frame. I actually talked to a representative at Supply House to confirm
Everything would fit our model and
She never mentioned needing the tray. I didn't want to pay the shipping again so we're trying it without and so far it seems to be working. Just disappointed the rep wasn't more thorough.

The right product for my humidfier
After inadvertently throwing out the Pad Frame with the Pad, I was able to find this product online at SupplyHouse.com. It is the right size and was easily installed. Best price I could find. Hopefully I have learned from my mistake.

just like original
my original part had gotten a lot of mineral build up on it to the point where it cracked when I was cleaning it. For some reason these parts seem to be a little pricey. This was the best one I found to replace it.
