My humidifier is working again!
This tray is exactly like the original. It's plastic and over time the original part stopped locking and was wasting a lot of water. The air was also not directly flowing through the pad because of this.
This is the second part that has broken on my humidifier and SupplyHouse has these parts at the best price on the net. Highly recommend SupplyHouse.

Exactly as Needed
Immediately replaced the existing Frame & Tray assembly with new element and it fit and works great. The assembly is exactly like the original before it melted. The original one slipped out of place and partially melted from furnace heat. BTW, the manual that came with the humidifier didn't specify the correct replacement part and added to my confusion. Your rep provided some information that helped me select the correct part.
