I will buy this product exclusively from this vender.
Always been very good client service on the phone, always look forward to one of the very few experiences with C/S that is consistent! A suggestion on this product specifically, when i opened the package at first I thought I ordered/ or the wrong item was sent as the filters went from a simple blue mesh to a more upscale fabric in a metal frame. There should be a note in the box or in the filter plastic letting customers know the product has been updated but the part number is the same?!

Should have shipped in a padded pouch. Much less waste.
