This product is okay
I used this to replace a zone valve motor that had gone out. I purchased 9 of them and had 1 go out with in a few weeks. Still waiting for the warranty one to show up.

We have hot water baseboard heat in our LTC facility and up graded to these motors. They seem to last longer that the other ones we were using.

Great fix. Easy install for DIY'er.
This was an OEM part, and Honeywell makes decent stuff. These valve actuator motors usually last about 5+ years in my service location.
