So far so good
I had been using the Honeywell R841E with two snap switches for each load. They wouldn't last longer than a year! No, it's not the circuit. So, trying the solid state RT850T-240. So far, so good!

Maintains comfort at lower energy use
Let's me use a digital thermostat which controls the temp much more tightly, which lets us maintain a lower average temp at the same comfort level - roughly the same energy savings as turning the heat down 3 degrees!

Neat, simple hookup and quiet
With zoned electric baseboard heat in the bedrooms, these served my needs. They are only single pole, though rated at 220 volt, so make sure to turn off the double pole circuit breaker if doing any servicing. Works well with both mechanical and electronic thermostats, with the option of using the common so power will stay at the thermostat even when calling for heat, hence making the battery last a lot longer.

Works great
No complaints so far. It works as advertised. Completely silent operation.
Given its location of installation, I never see it or think about it. it simply does what it is supposed to do. I guess that means it is doing its job well.
