My NEW Go-To Thermostat
I've installed many thermostats over the years, and I had been searching for a reliable, easy-to-use, and affordable Wi-Fi option. I'm happy to say this one checks all the boxes.
From unboxing to installation, the entire process took just 33 minutes—including removing the old thermostat, installing the new one, connecting it to Wi-Fi, programming it, and testing. This was my first time installing this specific model, and everything—from reading the instructions to using the Pro app and the Resideo First Alert app—was smooth and straightforward.
An added bonus: Resideo offers a custom faceplate with your company logo at no extra cost, which is a great touch for branding.

Would Not Connect
Took 30 Min To Get It To Connect To Wifi Then After Several Rest It Had And Alert Date At Time Was Not Set And It Was. Finally After All That It Kept Say Connection Fail. Customer Had A Different Honeywell Wifi Thermostat Before With No Issues.

Verified Reply- SupplyHouseHi Lee. When you pop the front piece off the backplate, there should be a battery compartment on the part that came off.
