I would get this again
I bought this because I thought my ballast was bad, turns out that when I installed the new UV lamps it pushed the pins in and wasn't making contact with the lamp. I did not return this and put it with my emergency furnace parts so that if it does go out I have the part already and can quick switch it out.

Perfect fit! When I got the package, I thought I would have to splice the wires. However, when I opened the package, the wires already had the correct wire connector already attached. All I had to do was unplug the bad unit and plug-in the new one.
