Honeywell-Sparco zone vales
I purchased a dozen of these and just started to install them. They look well designed but one thing I didn't like was the poor machining on the inside where there was too much flashing left from the casting. It was blocking off about 15% of the flow, so I had to port and grind each valve by hand with a die grinder. I won't know how well they work until I get them wired up.

Q: Does this 1" NPT measure 1" diameter on the inside threads or 1-1/4" It starts getting confusing when some people go by the I.D. and others go by the O.D.

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffThere is no I.D. or O.D. for thread sizes. The thread size is 1" NPT and will connect to any 1" female NPT connection.
