3 QuestionsQ: I'd like to use this to control a Honeywell dehumidifier installed in a crawlspace. Will I be able to monitor the humidity level in the crawlspace? Thank you

Only if the thermostat is installed within the crawlspace.
Yes, if the thermostat is placed in the crawlspace. However this seems to be overkill for a crawlspace and a simple humidistat on the dehumidifier would seem more cost effective.

Verified Reply- Another PexSupply CustomerIt did for me, I have two of them. And the outdoor sensor is optional not necessary, I purchased the one without the outdoor sensor.
YES
The wire panel has 2 contacts for the dehumidifier, that is in addition to the AC, humidifier, fan, etc. So it should be able to. It's one of the reasons I bought this unit, but it's still on my todo list. Good luck. Sergiu
It should be able to control both. I'm using mine with a Honeywell TruSteam, central AC & Heat.

Yes this unit can control your dehumidifier and your AC. I currently have mine working with my heat pump (heat and AC) as well as a dehumidifier. Make sure to understand how to connect the IAQ and how to set it up before committing to buying it.
Hi, I don't have a Whole House dehumidifier. The unit controls the central AC and a fresh air intake. Thanks, Igor

I had a new furnace and central air installed last year. I added a Honeywell whole house dehumidifier and installed this unit to control it all. The installation of the unit was straightforward, but as I recall I had to do some hunting to find the manual to program the unit. I do not believe that it was included along with the unit. I believe I found it online at thesite. Of c, it depends on how much experience one has with understanding and installing something like this. It might be beyond the ability of the average homeowner.
Q: Does the YTH9421C1010 t-stat come w/ the outdoor sensor or is it a separate item?
