Writing about product AND service!
I'm a condo owner. My building handyman told me what he thought was wrong with my furnace - that allowed me to buy this part myself instead of waiting for an HVAC guy to come and charge me double for the same thing. I was waiting with the part when HVAC repairman confirmed the problem! SH service guy had spent 5-10 minutes with me to make sure it was the right part for my weird old Fan coil unit. I was GRATEFUL!
