The T-4000-605 (Beige) Universal Conversion Kit provides all the parts necessary to remodel existing room installations, both Johnson Controls and non-Johnson Controls. Both of these kits can be applied to existing instrument installations with exposed or concealed tubing.

    Includes adaptor cover/subplate with:
  • cover plate with room instrument mounting bracket
  • two #6 x 3/8" pan-head, self-tapping screws
  • subplate and two #6-32 x 5/8" pan-head taptite screws
