The TEC-WALLPLT Wallplate is designed for use with any Johnson Controls® TEC3000 Series Thermostat Controller, to retrofit an existing installation or conceal mounting surface damage. The base of the thermo stat controller attaches to the wallplate first, and then the assembly is secured to the wall using field-furnished mounting screws and wall anchors (if required).
