Needed a replacement for an old one that froze
My mother has an older 1970s era Kohler shower head that still functions well. The old volume control knob that was on there froze after decades of use, so it couldn't be adjusted low/high. I found this one online and decided to give it a shot. It took 5 minutes to install and she loves it! She likes to be able to turn the water down low in particular while shampooing her hair, then turn the flow back up to rinse. The only negative point I can think of is that it doesn't shut the water off 100 percent like the old one did. With this model, the water still dribbles out even in the off-most position. Other than that, it's great.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do
Regulates water flow to showerhead from full-on to just a small trickle. Didn't reduce the maximum flow rate when fully open. Saves water and therefore money.
Quality materials and operation.
Wish it was available in Venitian Brass color.

Water Valves
I thought it would work as a shutoff valve.
But it does not. when turned off still seeps water.
A great volume control valve.
