30" x 30" MX Insulated Exterior Access Door for All Surfaces

The insulated metal access panel is very well made and has a high-quality look and feel. Unfortunately, the packaging is inadequate for shipping. Each unit was sent in a single cardboard box without stiffeners or rigid protection, and as a result both of my first two orders arrived damaged—with bent corners, chipped paint, partially detached piano hinges, and even loose keys floating around inside the box. I returned both units, and I am now awaiting the third replacement. I have been assured that this one will receive improved packaging prior to shipment. I hope this resolves the issue, because the product itself is excellent.

I want to start off with how easy this company is to work with. There technical support is great (who helped me pick this product). They have a large inventory in stock and shipping is very fast, I received my product overnight. The door itself worked perfectly for providing us external access to our attic for installing a new heating system and allowing for maintenance in the future.

It was good, bad and good again. Easy to order and received. However, it was missing a latch and the keys which was not noticed until after install. Contacted customer service and they sent a replacement right away.
