The Klein Tools Ratcheting PVC Pipe Cutter has a cutting capacity of up to 1-1/4-Inch (31 mm) I.D. and is designed to cut schedule 40/80 PVC, CPVC, and PEX pipes. The lightweight, soft-molded handles ensure comfortable grip and offer increased leverage during use. Pulling the handles apart retracts the blade allowing for easy one-handed operation.

It's Ok But Not Great
The cutter cuts good, but the latch often doesn't keep the handles closed when it is in my tool bag. You end up with an open blade floating around in there that you don't know about when you are reaching in for other tools. A slight design change and it would be a real good cutter.
