I would buy this product again!
I needed replacement louvres for 2 LG PTAC systems for a retrofit install at a Hilton Hotel. Cleaning up after another contractors poor craftsmanship unfortunately. If you have ever worked for a Hilton you know about the high quality expectations and expectation of quick turn around. The louvres I ordered fit spec sleeves already in place. Customer loved them. Best of all, I got them faster, overnight, than the local LG Rep could or would offer/promise. Everything worked out great!
