I have an old furnace from the late 1970's that runs great, but needed a new standing pilot gas valve. The furnace is a Teledyne Laars, but the existing valve was from Honeywell, and they no longer make that model. I looked all over for a suitable replacement, but was unable to find one that referenced my particular furnace specifically. So I found Supply House, and when I couldn't find what I was looking for on their site, I initiated a chat. I received a reply within a few minutes, and after explaining what I needed, and giving him the serial numbers off the furnace and the valve, he got back to me within a minute with the exact part that I needed. What was even more amazing is that I got the part the very next day. Throw in the no questions asked return policy, and I can't see how you can beat their service. I am very happy, and would gladly do business with them again; I just hope that I don't have to.
