I went through their customer service representative to make sure I place my order correctly for a replacement board for my heating system and was told that the board I was inquiring about fit my unit, after having a tech install the board found out it was the wrong board was shipped to us. I contacted SupplyHouse.com for the proper board be shipped to us and was told that I will receive a Return Authorization Email. Call SupplyHouse.com again Two weeks later and was told I had to wait for them to send Return Authorization Email. Now it has been over 30 days and still no Email. One way to sell over stock items!! And the kicker I paid for Expedited Shipping.. Thank You SupplyHouse.com NOT!!
