Fixed Fan Speed High Lockout on Lochinvar KBN150
I didn't buy this product from SupplyHouse, as a local plumbing supply store had it in stock. Just thought I'd share that my Lochinvar KBN150 had intermittent Fan Speed High Lockout errors and this fixed it. The test that confirmed it was jumping the thermostat wiring on the low voltage board, bypassing any interference from the thermostats, valve motors, or wiring. I also lowered the temp set point to 140. Anyways, this runs the boiler constantly for several minutes and triggered the lockout quickly. After installing the part, that same test never triggered the lockout. Be careful when removing the old fan it's in there pretty good. In so doing, I accidentally knocked loose the corroded outlet pipe, leading to a long night of rebuilding the outlet piping. All in all, this part fixed the issue, highly recommend.
