The Lutron Maestro LED+ Motion Sensor Dimmer Switch works just like a Lutron Maestro dimmer, with the addition of Lutron’s advanced motion sensing technology to automatically and gradually turn the lights on and off. The LED+ Motion Sensor Dimmer Switch is rated for 150W dimmable LED or 600W Incandescent/Halogen bulbs. Install in a single pole, 3-way with existing switch, or with Maestro companion dimmers (MA-R/MSC-AD) to dim from up to 9 locations. Use the raise/lower buttons to adjust the brightness for any activity or determine the preset level to ensure lights always turn on to your desired light level. The passive infrared (PIR) sensor, covered by a tamper resistant lens, detects heat from occupants moving and has a 180-degree field of view (900 sq ft major motion & 400 sq ft minor motion coverage). Equipped with smart ambient light detection (ALD), you can customize your sensing dimmer to detect daylight, so lights don't turn on when enough natural light is present in the room. Unlike other manufacturers, Lutron sensors use Cross Correlation Technology (XCT) to also detect fine motion, such as typing at a desk or reading a book – ensuring lights won’t turn off inadvertently when you’re still in the room. Easy button programming is available to customize both the dimmer and the sensor’s functions, such as timeout, occupied level and sensor mode. Lutron sensors have an adjustable timeout (1, 5, 15 or 30 minutes) to control how long the lights stay on after leaving the room. The occupied level is the brightness the sensor will turn on when motion is detected. Change the sensor to vacancy mode to meet Title 24 requirements: lights only turn on with a manual press of the tap switch but automatically turn off if the sensor no longer detects motion. Available in 10+ colors. Pairs perfectly with Lutron Claro wall plates for consistent color matching (sold separately).

Combines a Maestro C.L dimmer with an occupancy sensor. Controls CFL, LED, incandescent, and halogen load types. Passive infrared motion detection with exclusive Lutron XCT Technology for fine motion detection. 180 degree sensor field-of-view. Up to 30 ft x 30 ft (9 m x 9 m) [900 ft2 (81 m2)] major motion coverage and 20 ft x 20 ft (6 m x 6 m) [400 ft2 (36 m2)] minor motion coverage. Can be set to auto-on/auto-off or manual-on/auto-off. Adjustable timeout (1, 3, 5, 15, or 30 minutes) and high/low sensitivity adjustment. Adjustable settings for auto-on light level (occupied level): 100 %, 50 %, last light level, or locked preset light level. Off warning fades lights to off over a period of 10 seconds. Advanced Maestro dimmer features available (locked preset, fade-to-on, and fade-to-off, etc.). Works with a single standard mechanical 3-way switch or up to 9 companion dimmers/switches.
