Fully etched markings are black filled for easy reading. 150 circumference inches in 1/8” increments both sides. Rules are 48” long x 1-1/4” wide. Made from Stainless Steel which requires no oiling.

This ruler is way to flimsy, it is very thin and won't even lay flat on a piece of metal......I sent this item back....
