Taiwan Manufacturing Flaw
I ordered an outside shower hook-up. It arrived promptly in good condition. Instructions ensured it was applicable for BOTH water supplied from above OR below...not so. Water supplied from above (as pictured on the package) was fine; however, water supplied from below is dramatically constrained by tightening the shower neck. It thus diminished the free flow of water.it's a manufacturing flaw. The Supply House handled it very well and refunded the devise promptly following my return.

Good, simple outdoor shower head
This was exactly what I was looking for. The important parts are sturdy, install easy even for a beginner like me , and I like that it has a drain plug/ option to flip the end the supply lines and pipe enter and exit. (I needed my supply lines to enter from below.) I may upgrade the shower head at some point, but this one is pretty good to start! Also, this is an excellent price point. Good service from Supply House, too. Thanks!
