What can be said about these that hasn't already? Mitsubishi leaves owners with little option for Wi-Fi connectivity, and uses outdated technology to do it. These are very picky as to which devices will actually see their Bluetooth beacon for initial setup - my iPhone 13 simply wouldn't find it, but my iPad mini would. No rhyme or reason, but have a spare device handy.
Only works on 2.4Ghz networks, this can be troublesome if you have a router that doesn't broadcast separate SSIDs well or allows a single SSID for roaming on both.
The new 2025 Comfort app still has a bug that means you might make a change to your equipment, but if you don't leave the app open long enough, it won't broadcast the change to your devices. If you change the temperature of a room then close or switch the app, it doesn't actually send the command. Very frustrating, even the Mr. Cool app does MUCH better with this.
This is one of those products that you'd never recommend, but you're forced to because it's the only way to get your customers the WiFi control they want. Deal with it, or go without it, that's your choice.
