I am impressed with the ease of ordering and availability.
I recently remodeled my bathroom with a walk-in shower. However, my Moen grab bar was on back order for 3 weeks from the store's supplier. When it finally came, it was damaged and had to be returned. Then, the supplier said they could not get it even though I found it online from 3 different vendors.
