Well packaged and well protected
Copper pipe can be easily damaged but the packaging was superb. Needed 4' of 1 1/4" not readily available at local store. Arrived in perfect condition and sooner than expected. I get the part I needed from a website that's top notch, I don't have to wait two weeks for it to arrive at the local supply house, and it comes to my front porch. Your business model should be copied by brick and mortar stores.

Ends are rounded from too much pressure
purchased 4 pieces of this thinking it would save time but the ends were rounded off from too much pressure by the cutting machine. All the ends had to be cut off costing time and waste.

Arrived distorted on one end
Not sure how they're cutting this but one end was crushed/distorted and oblong instead of circular so I had to cut it even though I needed the whole length. I would not order this again.

Hard to find SHORT length of 1-1/2" copper pipe
1-1/2" copper pipe is hard to find if you only need a little, and is of course expensive in 10 ft lengths. Thank you SupplyHouse for stocking it in shorter lengths.

Damaged when they cut
The ends of the pipe are badly rounded in where they cut it off a larger length. Has to be recut, which wastes precious copper. More care would have saved it.

Sharper blade needed on 1" copper tube cutter
The 1" copper tube arrived in good shape.
It was just the right amount I needed.
The factory cut end took a lot of deburring to remove the excessive Burr caused by a dull cutoff blade.

Wrong size, won't fit the US standard 1 1/4 coupling
I respect SupplyHouse a lot, good products and service. This item I think was provided by a third party, doesn't meet US standards. Don't waist your money and time to deal with it. Luckily, I got refund from Supyhouse (less shipping),

how dare you sell me this garbage
how fun is to receive a peace of pipe that is cut so that the whole length is out of round, 1mm on the cut ends and tapering into 1. in the center. and as other have said tapered in cuts. what a waste.

Verified Reply- SupplyHouseHello, thanks for writing in. Type K is the heaviest. Type L is medium weight and used most often for water lines in homes. Type M is thinner and is used underground or for light domestic water lines if local codes allow.
