Connect two sections of supply tubing or dripline (0.704" to 0.710" OD) to form a watertight connection using the Compression Coupling 710 Series. Tubing is inserted into the compression ring, where an internal barb compresses the tube and holds it in place. This coupler is made of ABS plastic treated with UV inhibitors to prevent fading and cracking. Use fittings to set up a new drip irrigation system, expand an existing system, or make repairs.
Drip irrigation waters plants efficiently, reducing water usage by up to 70% compared to conventional sprinkler irrigation. Drip irrigation systems are easy to install, operate, and maintain, and can easily be automated. With proper installation of a drip system, water is delivered precisely to where plants need it most, and plants get the hydration they need for optimal growth and overall health.

- Creates a watertight connection; has an internal barb that compresses the inserted tubing to hold it in place; unlike a barbed fitting, the tubing is not stretched out to connect to the fitting
- Designed to work with standard drip irrigation water pressures up to 50 PSI
- Works with NDS products and other products with compatible connection type
- Features color-coded ring for easy identification: green fits 0.610 to 0.640" OD tubing; black fits 0.680 to 0.704 OD tubing; blue fits 0.704 to 0.710" OD tubing; grey fits 0.940" OD tubing
- Connects two sections of supply tubing or dripline together
- Use for subsurface or on grade installation; works with tubing or dripline to transport water to trees shrubs, flower beds, groundcover, vegetable gardens, plants in pots, planter boxes, and hanging baskets
- As part of a complete drip irrigation system, the compression coupling connects two sections of tubing or dripline or connects tubing to other drip irrigation parts to transport water to the area to be irrigated
- Cut drip tubing straight for tight fit; rock end of tubing back and forth while pushing into compression fitting, where an internal barb will compress tube to hold in place; for easier tubing insertion, soak rigid tubing end in hot water or leave out in sun
- Periodically check for leaks or damage and repair as needed; recommended operating pressure for most fittings is up to 50 PSI
- Fitting made of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) treated with UV inhibitors to prevent fading and cracking
