Big problem
I installed the igniter. It promptly went to white hot and exploded. After that, the furnace control board was shot.
I replaced the entire furnace, 25 years old, so it was time.
I've replaced the igniter several times over the years, and never had a problem with Supply House.

Delivery and service are great!
The product came fast which was great since we had know heat. Unfortunately I purchased one last year and it went out within a year.

Feedback
I've bought from supplyhouse for couple years now. My recent purchase went thru very quickly & delivered amazingly quick. However when arrived my item was different than my past order for sane part. I was never informed the original part was discontinued & I received a substitute. However Samuel, Aaron & Demetra did their best to make things right & ultimately issued a return…. Thank you supplyhouse. I will still check in with you for my future orders.
