A+, supply house is great
1) got the correct subsitiute part from them for an older gas furnace, 2) customer service is responsive & customer focus (although they were a kinda borderline attitude when i had to call them), 3) great shipping the same day & i received it in 2 days, which was important given we were in 2degee F lows & had to get the furnace going),

Exact replacement part
The original board had a flakey connector due to the wire ties to tight from installation 8 years ago. No problem since corrected the wiring

Replacement board fixed my flame sensor issue
old controller board kept going into lock out due to flame sensor failure. Replaced flame sensor did not fix problem. Suspected controller board & replaced. Issue resolved! No more waking up to furnace blowing cold air.

Problem Solved
My HVAC was intermittently working. When my Nest called for heat, the unit sometimes would fire the burners and sometimes just shut down. All safety switch were working normally. This board solved the problem and I saved over $500 by DIY. The board was back ordered but came a couple weeks sooner than expected, a pleasant surprise. Great service from Supply House!
