Working great in my retrofit
As an educational experiment, Just did an oil drain and fill in a Copeland ZPS40K6EPFV compressor of a 5 ton 14 seer 2009 carrier condenser that is energy star rated with its oversized coil. Although this PVE is not support by the OEM, the specifications are compatible to POE32. Been running for 4 hours so far and nothing catastrophic yet. I will be monitoring the bearings with an ultrasonic pickup and will update this review in the coming months as the California summer season approaches. The main advance has been the ability to evacuate under 200 micron and remove much of the moisture that absorbs into the PVE oil. POE oil does not release moisture under deep vac.

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffHi Bill. This should not be used with MO99 refrigerant. MO99 should be used with mineral, alkylbenzene, or POE oils.
