Moda Condensate Secondary Drain Kit for Washing Machine, 3/4" Expansion PEX (Brass)

Oatey MODA™ Secondary Drain Kits shall be used in residential or commercial applications requiring drain line access recessed in the wall. MODA™ secondary drain kits contain a quarter-turn drainage funnel with umbrella, and a pre-installed inlet adapter for connection to condensate, water softener or other auxiliary drain lines. When installed, the drainage funnel and top provides a 1" air gap to the drain, while permitting the use of a washing machine hose in the same drain line. The drain connection shall include a removable quarter-turn plug for DWV testing. Box shall be manufactured of PVC, allowing solvent welded joints to be prepared in accordance with ASTM D2855 for PVC drainage systems (without the use of specialty cements). The outlet boxes shall also include inter-locking wing flanges on each side. The outlet box wing flanges shall allow installation on a single stud, or between two studs using the included side brackets. No additional components shall be required for a between stud installation.
