If you want to turn off some of the features. That is not an option there is no manual override The fan will come on or go off whenever it pleases unless it's humid out. Then the fan doesn't stop at all because the condensation sensor thinks it's a steamy bathroom. It is one of the more quiet fans but that is still substantially louder than not on at all. I'm mad at myself for getting talked into something with gizmos and gadgets. That never works out well.

You get what you pay for, always remember that when debating a real bathroom fan or one from the box stores. Took a little more effort to set up with opening hole and mounting compared to old unit, but well worth it. Is quiet, nice led light and looks good mounted. I did have access to the attic, so that helped. Debating about old working the downstairs unit now, no access from up top, but the unit shouldn't be a huge issue. Just got to wait until it's warmer now.

Very fast delivery. Fan is installed and very quiet, you can barely hear it running.

I purchased 2 of these fans. One for each of our bathrooms. 110 CFM for the Kids and 80 CFM for the master bath. We cut holes and followed the directions to connect up the fan.It took the better part of a day as we also cut holes in the roof and added roof venting. The wiring took a bit to understand but all in all the results were well worth it. The fans are quiet, install nicely and with 2 teens in the house keep the bath moisture free. Love the fans!

Installed one over shower and one in small water closet. Ability to perform installation from within the room was a huge convenience. I did finish up the installations via an attic visit, but frame installation, fan wiring, duct attach and final install all performed from within the bathroom. Modified wiring to provide continuous power to fans (worth the trouble, IMHO, to get best use of the fan's features). I have them set to turn completely off 45 minutes after the switches are turned off to complete ventilation. One fan is set to 50 cfm; the other to 110. The 50 cfm fan nearly silent, but there is some duct rumble from the 110 cfm application that I might try to reduce, but overall fans are substantially quieter than the Broan 50 cfm units they replace. LEDs are very bright and color temperature is a bit cooler than incandescent, but pleasing to the eye. Significantly brighter than the 75W single incandescents in the Broan units. Excellent design & build quality; overall worth the price.
