The ingenious new Pick-A-Flow (50-80-110 CFM) technology gives you the ability to select your required air flow with just the flip of a switch. Then, a set of four unique Plug ’N Play modules allow you to further customize the fan by choosing Multi-Speed Operation, Motion Sensor, Condensation Sensor and Automatic LED Night Light. With Multi-Speed you can select the proper CFM settings to satisfy ASHRAE 62.2 continuous ventilation requirements.
WhisperGreen Select also features our revolutionary DC Motor with SmartFlow optimum CFM technology and our unique LED replaceable lamps. Our new Flex-Z Fast bracket system provides quick and easy installation. WhisperGreen Select can also be used to comply with LEED for Homes, CalGreen and ENERGY STAR for Homes 3.0.

Horrible design
Their "Flex-Z" bracket or whatever they call it is nothing to be proud of. Flimsy and over engineered. As others have mentioned, install guide is not worth much either. Shouldn't take this long to rough in a bath fan when the house is down to studs. Would not recommend or buy

Sophisticated quiet fan
Fan is quiet, modules allow installation of humidity sensor, IAQ control, Grill is simple and modern. Could have better description of the installation of the red control voltage boost function. Perhaps a momentary toggle would be more appropriate. Good California requirements fan.

Great product and easy to retrofit
I had a very noisy exhaust fan in my bathroom and I wanted to replace it with something quieter. My previous house had a Panasonic fan and it ran very quiet, so I ordered this one to replace my old bathroom fan.
The 2 mounting brackets that come with the fan are easy to screw to the ceiling joists. Adn the entire installation was a breeze.
The only thing missing was some note in the installation guide that there is a start delay if you use it with a wall switch. I thought I had a bad connection somewhere, but it takes about 12 seconds for the fan motor to come on.
It's a super quiet fan. I'm very pleased.

Superb product poor installation instructions
The poorly written instructions in broken English make the installation seem like a chore, when it's actually very straightforward, even in a remodel situation. Find a good youtube video and you'll see what I mean. If the manual were worth a d**m I would have given this product 5 stars, it really is an excellent piece of hardware.

Q: The specifications say 4" and 6" duct size. How do i know which ducting to purchase ? Is the outlet of the fan itself 4" or 6" ?
