Does not work
This item has a different thread pattern than the original for the Mansfield 400 faucet. Do not buy this item if you think it is the same. There is an old and new style, I must have the old version and was not made aware of the change. It got jammed and I had to call a plumber to cut my pipe out and get the part out. Ended up costing me about $200 to fix the issue.

Customer Service lacking
Customer service at SupplyHouse is not the best. I was not sure exactly what I needed so I tried working with the online help. Because there were so slow and unable to answer my questions, I ended up have to order several itesms, figure out what worked once I have the physical parts. Because some of the items were "out of the package" they could not be returned.
