PRIER P-118 provides a year round source of tempered water in areas that are subject to freezing temperatures. The hydrant valve is connected to the supply piping in the heated portion of the structure, reducing the possibility of freezing. The temperature is controlled by the dial inset on the handle, while the handle itself controls the flow of water. This valve is ideal for car washing, pet washing, cleaning and any other need for tempered water outside of the home.

Easy and quick order process

Slight leak after install. SupplyHouse immediately replaced!
Love the product. Works quite well. The initial install showed that there was a slight leak in one of the valves soldered joints. I submitted photos and sent the unit back. I ordered a replacement in order to get it more quickly, but I was nervous if the return and refund on the initial unit would be completed. SupplyHouse handled everything efficiently. I appreciate their professionalism.

Great Garage Upgrade
I installed this single handle wall faucet in my garage for the convenience of hot and cold water. No more running in to the kitchen sink for some hot water. Quality of this faucet is great, and installation is easy with simple plumbing skills. Ultimately, I will use it to drive my pressure washer for car detailing in a shelf mounted garage pressure washer.
