Good stuff, but need to know
Fan is NOT programmable by itself, it works only "on" mode or with the heater or cooler. I would recommend that to a friend with that remind.

Easy to install and program
I installed this with a screwdriver. Handed the instructions to my wife and she never complained - does not really get better than that!! Big screen with plain and simple programing and screen lights up only when touched. Would definitely install this again - or take it with me when I move!
