Defective design, o-ring failure makes valve fail closed
I bought 2 of these, both failed after a few weeks. There is a small o ring in the end of the cartridge to seal a check valve that extrudes out and makes the valve stick closed. I really liked the idea of this design but it needs to be reworked. I saw online this has been happening to others as well. These should not be sold by a reputable plumbing supplier, I would drop the product line.
