Easy install
I had a noisy fan in my air exchanger and thought about just replacing the motor or bearings, but this is the way to go. Definitely more money but it does not look that easy to start tearing this assembly apart.. 5 minute job to swap the whole assembly. When I spun the fan on my old one and compared to the new one I realized how bad the bearings were after nearly 20 years of use.
